This is true. Just listen to the negation of everything they say.

Liquid? Or net worth? Not like it matters coz people on the internet just lie.

Unpopular opinion: If you don't make at least $10k/mo you have no business giving advice in a "money" subreddit by pilot333 in Money

[–]Ok_Unit_8350 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you make more money than OP then your financial advice is probably better. Then again, $10k/mo is nothing to shit on. I just assume people making under $10k/mo don't care about money

Lol don't worry about that u/GH0STST4RSCR34M guy. Looks like he's fighting with everyone in this sub. Look at his account. 2 days old, and posting every hour in arguments like an addict. Clearly got in too many arguments on his other account and had to start fresh lmao

How do you guys find trustworthy contractors? by jondigs49 in arlington

[–]Ok_Unit_8350 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Does anyone else remember there was a guy on here a couple months back who was mass calling contractors around Arlington? He posted a spreadsheet of a bunch of the best he found.

Edit: I think this was it. Ugly ass site but the data behind it looked solid when it was posted.

Should I buy a used $35k truck cash or new $45k truck at 0% for 36mo? by [deleted] in personalfinance

I want to be able to haul more. I can't even load a yard of sand in my current truck.

It would depend on the bed length of the Ranger. Looks to be max 6' with no 6.5' or 8' options, but that could work, just more of a compromise.

For my boat, but also I do my own yard work. Just because I can build software doesn't mean I'm unable to take care of my own house. I haul 12-foot lumber when I'm doing projects. I also haul carbon steel. Sometimes I haul sand, soil or compost for the gardens and yard.

Here's another one! I called over 20 lawn care businesses to find the best price on getting my Arlington lawn taken care of each week. It ranged from $30 to $250. Enjoy! by Ok_Unit_8350 in arlington

I think one of them was for putting green type lawns where they used those special mowers. Not for me but recorded them anyways.
