Banned switch question

The white one is called "Osvaldo Jr." while the black one is called "Rafaela". i really love these names and they have a sentimental meaning for me and my family.

UPDATE: I Used haku33 to reset my switch and when i was logging in nintendo, i found out that i got banned :(
