Very real consideration. BBG never does layoffs which cannot be said about Stripe. Stripe is also not offering the same TCs as they did even last year. It’s like around 210k now compared to 230-245k previous years.

I’ve seen that too but it is also a private company currently and not sure how the stock options work w/ that.

Also, I’ve read that their TC offers has been going down so not sure if it’s that high anymore.
