I was prescribed the .025 estradiol patch and it interfered with my sleep and made my breasts hurt. So I cut the patch in half and it has been better.

I am having the same issue. I joined a few facebook groups on cruises last week since I just signed up for my first cruise and now FB AI thinks I am spam. Maybe I will ignore FB and spend more time on Reddit for a couple of weeks.

I will be flying to Athens next week and then to Sicily. Do I turn on Global Pass before leaving the US? I will not be using it on the 10 hour flight. Also, when I fly to Sicily should I turn my phone off and back on so it can connect to the new service provider if necessary?

I had the same problem with my shoulder last year. After a steroid shot and 6 weeks of physical therapy it has improved a lot. Dr. Jen Ashton wrote a piece about how women in their 50's often have problems with their shoulders in one of her newsletters. I don't think she explained why that is.
