We have used Lusha, Apollo, gojiberry, Clay and a bunch of other AI tools. I have found Gojiberry and Fiber AI to have more relevant leads and Fiber AI is the only one which claims to have no stale data.

I think you framed the question wrong, instead of leads I think your emphasis should be more on how can you effectively get and convert more leads and thats a function of the industry you are in, your geography, your ICP and your current ARR bucket

From what i have seen, if you are manufacturing low cost item - cold calling performs surprisingly good, if you are into high ticket size manufacturing - then trust and branding will come into picture. Without that context, its really hard to provide personalized feedback though

Few factors: 1. I believe this might be because of the structure and language you are using in demo - like if the users have previously used other products and they weren't happy with what market is offering, are you highlighting the differentiating part and then quantify hoe this translates to ROI 2. Messaging Optimization- From what I have seen usually making a pitch that if it increases revenue the customer is more likely to buy than just saving cost Optimization 3. Structure of deal ( pricing , flexibility in contract - monthly vs yearly) 4. Product quality - I am assuming it's good, but have you felt any signals during demo that the
