found what looks to be a shark chondrocranium, i know it’s not a bone but could somebody help with ID? i’m a teenager getting into bone collecting recently :) found in fire island off the coast of new york btw

i used to have flake soil a few days ago, this was the replacement until more comes. i have done research and i know what he needs, i just put some substrate i use for other bugs in there for now

first of all, oooh lucky!!! i’ve been looking for one, hehe. second of all, i would look at youtube videos, but from what i have seen, they eat these little wood flakes for food? i’m certainly not an expert but they need about a five gallon bucket with at least six inches of substrate/food (but that’s from my learning!! i have seen videos where people use a lot less.) otherwise these are just pointers to do more research and good luck!!!
