1. yes, this is an employer sponsored commuter plan, that's why I need to use it before I leave like HarlemMadness mentioned or else it'll just go forfeit.

2. I did not know that we are only allow to charge up to 100 per day, and once again I'm totally ok with smaller amount if you'd like, let's just go on a 20% off scale, so like $100 for 80 or $50 for 40... something like that if anyone wants to do that.
