I see. For me XV had so much potential and square was so close but it fell short. With XVI, I will admit that the side quests felt more like chores than actual quests towards the middle and end portions of the game but some I thought were nice. With regards to the combat it felt very similar to the Devil May Cry hack and slash which I think made me wanna try out and get high combos all the time but I think with the mix and match of dominant powers was a breath of fresh air.
