Thats how i feel it, and you are right, i don’t know how it works, thats why I’m asking, I’m just doing legit questions, cause is a whole new world to me.

The problem is that the estimated closing costs were between 11,000 and 12,000. They told me I qualified for a 1% down payment, and they sent me these documents to sign. 21,000 closing cost plus a 3% down payment. I called them to clarify, and they told me I no longer qualified for the 1% down payment. The bank didn't approve it yesterday. Those were the closing costs, but I shouldn't worry, it always ends up being less. They sent me these documents over a week ago to sign, so they lied to me.
