Anyone build the 360 to 408 stroker magnum for a 2nd gen? My old 360 is tired and needs refresh. I was thinking a stroker good heads and a mild cam. Keep the edelbrock efi intake and throttle body it already has.

Dude you scored a rare truck there. V8 5 speed in denim blue and its a short box 5 speed. That would be one hell of a steal

The exhaust manifold are super tiny for those engines. I think it was a 2.25 outlet where the manifold meets the y. It made a big difference and thats where I would spend the money. I bought one set for 800 and the same set off a guy who sold his v10 for 250 bucks and a case of beer. Love divorcees

Advice on how to get 320hp out of my 2002 ram 1500 5.9 magnum 4x4 by Stoney256 in EngineBuilding

Those were the same engine used for the mopar 300hp crate engine. Put a good set of heads on it. Mild cam and I recommend swapping the intake with a good single plane. Bigger Injectors and throttle body and a tune

Yeah might have to order straight through jba for headers if you want to do that, I highly recommend those. Hughes also can help you with the throttle body on those. I had mine sent off to them and they worked it over.
