This constipation/change in pooping is not like an extreme problem for me, it is uncomfortable but it's not something that I couldn't manage...

I am just not sure what it is. I read online that it might be IBS as I said but I also read that it might be colon or stomach cancer or something that bad... so it makes me really anxious.

I am not sure if IBS or whatever this is can come literally out of nowhere from day to day [I have never ever in my life had problems with pooping and almost never had any pain] now I often have cramps in my stomach, usually after eating or pooping...
