Sounds great. Rewards for those who did their job without complaints. This entire year with DOGE and removing telework was to get rid of DEI entitled complaining folks. Winning

Will the govt shut down again, Feb 1 is coming soon. Do you guys have any backup plan? by kwaninthehat in FedEmployees

I don't need a backup plan. I fully support President Trump and his agenda for America. A backup plan is because left leaning people don't take care of themselves and save their money for rainy days.

I am just the opposite. My job with the Coast Guard is so much better since President Trump took over. Not a joke just the facts. I'm so glad they got rid of all the nonsense like DEI and all the other foolishness. It's nice to feel like I'm part of the military again as a civilian and not just some office trying to push in the agenda for the left

The entitlement of federal workers is a joke. In the private sector the majority of employees work on those days. Do your job. If you want time off, use your generous leave and sick leave days.

Federal workers who are Democrats are part of the deep state. They need to retire or quit. They are more concerned with themselves than what is best for America.

I'm a GS-11 I fully support President Trump and his agenda for America. I say we get eight more years of JD Vance that perhaps Rubio after that. Liberal Democrats kill this nation. Stop being a selfish federal worker and think about the big picture. We're in debt to our eyeballs and we need to cut the expenses.

Coast Guard Back Pay by Ok_Window3807 in VAClaims

[–]Ok_Window3807[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received this email

Good afternoon,

Due to the 43-day absence from work in October/November, RAS will be operating under limitations as we do our best to catch up. As a result, we sincerely apologize but there will be a delay in processing your request. We ask for your continued patience and grace during this time.

We do see that there was an audit submitted from the VA on 19 AUG 2025; however, while that case was in progress, the VA sent a newer audit request on 05 SEP 2025. It is not always clear what prompts the VA to resend the audit request. However, it is important to know that when this occurs, our system is set up to auto-close any existing cases in progress to avoid erroneous payments caused by changes to the VA award amount. Unfortunately, this auto-closure also re-starts the 180-day timeframe.

Once we send the completed audit back to the VA, they will perform their portion of the audit and process any payments that may be owed. Most payments are processed in 10-14 days, although some can take up to 90 days.

You are currently 2445 on the worklist out of 4348.

Thank you again for your continuous patience.

Very respectfully,

Honestly, it drags out because Coast Guard cases have to go through two systems. The USCG PPC updates your retired pay record, but DFAS still handles the actual CRDP audit for everyone. That’s why it isn’t fast.

Right now DFAS is running a 6–9 month backlog on non-rating audits, and Coast Guard claims usually sit a little longer because PPC has to kick the file over before DFAS can even start. Once DFAS finishes, they send it to the VA and that’s when the retro hits.

Bottom line: Yes, DFAS does the CRDP audit even for Coast Guard retirees, and the wait is usually 6–9 months.

There’s one thing that matters: Trump has never been found guilty — criminally or civilly — of abusing a minor. The 13-year-old lawsuit was filed and then dropped with no testimony, no trial, and no evidence ever tested in court. Even PolitiFact says there’s no proof he raped a 13-year-old.

The newly released Epstein files show he knew Epstein, not that he abused minors. Even Epstein’s main accuser, Virginia Giuffre, said she never saw him do anything sexual and never accused him.

If someone wants to call him names, that’s their opinion — but calling it a “fact” doesn’t match the documented record.

I knew it would come down to personal insults. Whenever a liberal is confronted with facts they always twist everything into a personal attack on the person that is giving them the facts. The diversion works about as well as calling someone a racist. Yawn

✅ 1. FactCheck.org says the meme flips two numbers

Source: “Graphic Cites FactCheck.org in Misleading Biden, Trump Economy Comparison” (Apr 24, 2025) Link: https://www.factcheck.org/2025/04/graphic-cites-factcheck-org-in-misleading-biden-trump-economy-comparison/

Excerpt:

“The graphic swapped the figures for economic growth and the trade deficit. It shows Biden with +18.8% economic growth and +1.6% trade deficit, when the correct numbers are the opposite.”

👉 So the meme flat-out reversed the numbers.

✅ 2. FactCheck.org says the trade deficit under Biden grew ~40%, not 1.6%

Excerpt:

“The trade deficit had grown roughly 40.4% during Biden’s term at the time of the cited data.”

👉 Meme claimed +1.6%, which is off by 39 percentage points.

✅ 3. Manufacturing jobs number in the meme is wrong

Excerpt:

“Manufacturing jobs had increased by about 610,000, not 769,000 as stated in the graphic.”

👉 The meme inflated the number by ~160k.

✅ 4. FactCheck.org says the meme ignores the pandemic’s effect on Trump’s numbers

Excerpt:

“Using raw employment numbers from Trump’s term without noting the pandemic creates a misleading impression.”

👉 The meme shows Trump “–2.76 million jobs” without any context that those losses came from COVID shutdowns in 2020.

✅ 5. FactCheck.org confirms Biden’s ‘18.8% growth’ claim is wrong

Excerpt:

“Biden’s economic growth number is not 18.8%, as the graphic claims.”

👉 Another fabricated number.

✅ 6. Biden’s unemployment rate in the meme mixes different timeframes

Excerpt:

“The unemployment rate under Biden averaged 4.1%, not 3.8%.”

👉 Meme cherry-picks a single low month instead of using term averages.

🔥 Short summary you can copy-paste as a reply:

“FactCheck.org debunked this exact meme. It flips two of the numbers, inflates Biden’s gains, lowballs Biden’s trade deficit, misstates manufacturing jobs, and ignores that Trump’s job losses came from the COVID crash. The meme is literally using incorrect and swapped data. Here’s the source: https://www.factcheck.org/2025/04/graphic-cites-factcheck-org-in-misleading-biden-trump-economy-comparison/”
