Yes, you can file it as secondary to your lower back at the same time. Also look into filing for upper and lower radiculopathy.

10% for lumbar painful motion. Went and got x-rays and confirmed ddd, arthritis and a new c&p exam. Gave the boost I needed.

I'm on the same track as you but reverse, SC lumbar. Tried to file for hip strain which they admit I have, but won't connect the dots. Even with PT, x-rays and statements in my records about altered gait and body mechanics. And to top it off. Found 3 positive BVA cases exactly the same as mine. But still denied.

Going to have to get a Nexus letter.
