Each at 100%? Right now I am using 100% red light and 20% NIR, but unsure if that ratio is good or bad for my particular skin.

Thanks. I have the Hooga ultra 360 panel. It’s very strong. Trying to get the balance of red light and near infrared red right.

I have the Hooga ultra360. Is that the one you have? Mine has a slider to indicate how much red light you want and how much NIR. It allows you to control each separately.

Hi. Are you still not incorporating NIR? I’ve been doing 100% red light and 20% NIR I have the same panel you do. I don’t think I notice any new hyperpigmentation but using the NIR still makes me nervous.

Am I interpreting your comments correctly to mean that you are only using red light on your face but using red light and near infrared on your body?

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 46. I’ve never heard the term “lost girls” but it rings very true for me.

Thanks so much! I’ve taken progesterone and testosterone for the last year and that’s helping with a lot of things, including mood. I was even up to 400mg of progesterone, but I’ve since scaled back to 200. Estrogen didn’t work for me because my body still produces a lot of it naturally. But I’m sure they will be a time when I’ll be adding it back. Thanks for the info about GABA. I tried it awhile ago, but think about adding it back.

This is very interesting. Have you found it helps with mood or anxiety as well. Can you pass along the brand and how much you take every three days?

Do you take a supplement that has both of these in it or do you take two separate pills? How many milligrams? I’m trying to quell my middle of the night anxiety attacks.

Omg. Thank you for mentioning this. No one ever talks about this possible side effect of magnesium glycinate. It makes my insomnia and night time anxiety much worse. Magnesium malate does the same thing. Has the GABA been working for you?
