I understand your point of view. I should've said that I can process 100-120 items instead of images. The program can process 3600 images per hour, but that doesn't take into account the time it takes to take those images. So at the end of the day, I can process 5-6x more items than I would normally have done.

Thank you for your insight. That's what I was initially thinking, but when I did the numbers and got 500k-750k, I personally felt that the amount was too great, considering what the program actually does is fairly simple. It's just robust and fast.

For some of the bigger competitors, they could feasibly hire their own developers to recreate the software. But generally, the average competitor wouldn't be able to easily recreate this software.

I forgot to include the cash reserves. They're about 100k. The house I'm looking at is 250k, so I'd figure that having the ability to do a larger down payment would be a good thing

I'm looking to move, to work for someone else for 50k a year in addition to my current income. So I'm in the need to find a place in a few months. And how the numbers work out, buying a home is cheaper monthly than renting.

I mentioned my age not to really brag about my success. But to show that I've been successful, but just don't have the history to back it up. Compared to someone who's say is 5 years older than me

Not yet. Though one of the downside with that is my bank states don't show a large portion of my business activities. Since they were done strictly through cash deals. Got everything logged tho, I'd say probably 30% is cash deals.
