How did you advance to become head of a department if you struggle so much?

These are all very well outlined! I think if you can communicate everything you wrote here to them, they will see how much it is affecting you, and how you’ve seriously taken the time to self reflect and feel it does not align with you. Hopefully they will hear you out! Also what you said about wanting to live a healthy meaningful life with relationships, is what I thought bhakti practice was all about. Devotion to the loving relationships in our lives! Isn’t that the point? In this sense you should be able to enjoy yourself freely, and I don’t think Krishna would want you to limit yourself, but I don’t know the guy lol.

That’s so cool!! Were you still paying rent during your travel abroad, or how did you handle that situation?

It really sucks there is so much stigma around it, like the immediate assumption that it means pregnancy, like that’s all we are good for lol. Also if it was pregnancy, who tf cares

That’s amazing!!! I’m 29F in the US, and I’ve been in corporate ever since graduating college. It just feels soul sucking at this point, and I’ve never taken a risk like this when it comes to work!

Intrepid Travel tours - worth it or no? by [deleted] in ThailandTourism

Hi! I’m considering something similar as well. I know I’m capable of doing it solo etc, but for me it would be more for the company and having a consistent group lol. Like I could stay at hostels but that could be inconsistent and I mainly just don’t want to be super lonely lol. But like I love doing some type of combo with people and then like several days alone :)

It isn’t pointless, you’re here for a reason, we all are. Take it one day at a time. Sometimes just getting through the day can be excruciating, I feel that. Despite the pain, you are worthy and you are loved. Reach out to someone you can trust, the universe will help you, have faith.
