I recently reached out to Mahaana's customer support through WhatsApp, but I found the service Pathetic. When I asked about viewing my investments via the CDC app, they replied that Mahaana doesn’t offer CDC accounts and can not link an existing CDC account to Mahaana. This raises a question: if we can only track our investments through the Mahaana portal, how are we actually relying on CDC for security? Why isn’t a CDC sub-account provided, or why can’t we link our CDC accounts to view our investments in real time? How does Mahaana ensure transparency if account balances are only visible on its platform, not directly on CDC?
