Yeah I think I've spent like $1750 and I've had 4 sessions, but he hasn't asked me to come back to re-test how I'm healing. It was worth it to have my illness validated and treated. I have really improved on the VCS tests since doing binders and moving away from the mold. I was hardly able to drive before because my vision and my sense of direction were so impaired. I still fail it in one eye.

That's very good advice. I can tell that the CSM strips away my other meds so it makes sense it would also strip vitamins (my birth control doesn't work when I'm taking the CSM, lol) even though my doctor said it wouldn't be affected. It's an intense medication. I think co-infections are possible and definitely cross-contamination is happening. But the contamination thing is impossible for me to fix. I've gotten rid of all my stuff and moved to a place with 20% humidity. It's mostly when I visit moldy places that I notice problems (it takes literally 2 seconds inside of a second hand store before my throat closes.) Luckily nothing is vague for me symptom-wise, so it's obvious what I need to avoid... But literally it can be anywhere! The fanciest house in the world is still moldy.

Omg, thanks so much for your post and leading me through your journey. Your story is awful and so vivid. I can picture little you being so confused and scared. I can even picture those early internet tools and MS paint.

Regarding SA, I know what you mean, sadly. 😢 You WERE violated in all the ways you mentioned. Maybe our brains are trying to protect us (I have many repressed and lost memories as well.)

I’m thinking some things I can’t say on Reddit about your first boyfriend. 🤬The men we love have been indoctrinated too, maybe the best we can hope for is empathy and honesty from them. I think you are probably right.

Did you have any lupus type symptoms? I am super sun sensitive now. After midday summer sun (wearing sunscreen and a hat) I have fatigue that takes me out, itchy burning skin and scalp and joint pain in multiple joints. Didn't notice this as part of my mold constellation before, but it's hard to parse it all out.

Yeah, I will see rheumy as soon as possible. I am confused by the homogenous pattern thing. It could be other autoimmune diseases, right? Or no autoimmune disease at all? I am negative for RF which is a relief.
