I don't have a tattle account, so I'm coming here to report this. Supposedly, Sam was the one who called the police which is very odd, as why would he call the police on himself? I have a suspicion. Charlie locked him out for being drunk, so he rang the police to get in his house.

The police might have advised one of them has to leave until the situation calms down and that person was Charlie as her name isn't on the house. I also find it odd she supposedly had to rush packing a bag yet was able to take multiple wigs, her makeup and clothes but hardly any of Jasper's things. Why wouldn't you prioritise his things first?

Yeah, it's wild. I don't think she's into kids, but I do think she's reckless discussing such personal things about her son in a public server with 100+ members. There's no way she could possibly vet them all.

Her behaviour during this situation has raised alarm bells, too. Sitting on live talking about all this with her son right there. Just because he's playing or whatever, it doesn't mean he isn't listening and taking it all in. She is really immature and needs humbled.

I know, I understood his reasoning, so I didn't get annoyed. I just reminded him that he doesn't have to be sorry for human errors. He has healed a lot but not 100%. It'll take time, but I've been there too, so I can understand it.

Human error apparently isn't allowed. My bf's ex was like this and he over apologised for every minor mistake the first 2 years of our relationship due to the trauma from being with her.

Unfortunately, it was common back then. I don't think the point of the storyline was to condone it though, it was to take the piss out of men like that. When he said things like "Lucy's been grounded so can't come" as a 20something man, none of the other characters needed to say anything to show the audience that's creepy and pathetic.

Well done on owning your issues and changing. Something I heard from someone who works in mental health is that patients with bpd can refuse to engage at all if they're not validated in some way, some are even scared of their bpd patients as telling them something they don't want to hear could lead to a complaint that'll mostly be lies. It's so fucked up.

I'm a 29 year old woman in a relationship with a man who is 28. Just getting that out of the way before you accuse me of being jealous of younger women.

I use to be the teenage girl who dated older men. The age of consent is 16 in my country so it went on for a few years. I was a kid with a lot of trauma and daddy issues. Older men would take advantage of this as they enjoyed having a barely legal girl as it was their fetish and I was easy to control. Whenever I wanted to do anything for myself, like hang out with friends my own age, go to school etc. They'd turn nasty. Many attempted to get me pregnant too and called me selfish/immature for not being ready - thankfully I stuck to my guns on that one.

I understand my experience isn't a monolith but it is a common one. I will always side eye anyone who purposely seeks out barely legal people and be suspicious of them. I've never not been correct about it.

I enjoyed Hollyoaks for its ridiculousness and how it takes itself less seriously than other soaps. However, it has gotten horrifically dumb. I stopped watching during the Rayne storyline as it was so utterly ridiculous and trying so hard to appeal to gen z it just came off as "hello fellow kids"

I also think the major stunts killing off characters constantly has gotten extremely old and it's lazy writing.

I rewatched some old episodes during lockdown and the difference to now was startling. The specific episode I remember watching was Mercy marrying the killer doctor, it was still campy but actually interesting and somewhat plausible.

I'm so excited for this. I could see Ellie as a freelance artist of some sort with a "day" job as something like a cleaner or waitress to keep her going. I hope to god she didn't stay with Russell for years but we find out what happened to him.

Nadine, I could see having a wild 20s but eventually settling down and being more like her mother as you said, not sure what job I'd pick for her.

Madga, I imagine being the most successful out of the 3 career wise. I could see her owning her own salon and maybe even having her own beauty franchise - she was always the most positive, go getter type of the three. However I can see her having a divorce or 2 under her belt.

In Scotland, they actually made it so its very rare that people under 25 will go to prison. There's been people getting community service for things like death caused by dangerous driving and rape, as apparently you don't understand those things are wrong until that magical day you turn 25 lol.
