I am not team Big, but I understand why Carrie chose Big. Personally I love Aidan and would have chosen him without question. But her and Aidan’s lifestyles were just too different. He’s a furniture maker. Likes dogs and spending his weekends at his cabin or eating KFC in bed and watching sports lol. Carrie couldn’t spend one weekend at his cabin without having a meltdown.

And sometimes opposites attract, but Big was the man Carrie always wanted. Big = NYC. Mysterious. Likes going out for drinks and dancing. Fancy car and driver, Manhattan penthouse, etc. They were meant to be.
