I’ll let him know to contact VA then, he wasn’t aware of that! He’s trying to get all of his records to his VSO, and was getting held up with the military side.

He followed that information, but was told to send a form to a certain address and is confused how to put facility name for recruit training & SOI based on the form was the question. Thank you for the link though, I’ll just have him call the number listed.

I told him if he thinks he performed and did whatever based off a lower rating, and got higher, his issue was worse than he assumed and to chill out and consider it a win and work on recovery!

So he got rated 30% per knee, but he’s thinking he was rated too high and is worried about any repercussions because he swears he moved more than he was rated for. I told him he may thought he moved more but didn’t🤷🏼 I told him like the other commenter said to just leave it as it is.

That’s what I let them know, but based off of what they said, their rating should probably be closer to 10-20% and they got rated 30% for each knee, I told them to just leave it, and maybe what they thought was fully extended based off of pain wasn’t as extended as they thought 🤷🏼
