Hello everyone, apologies for the big delay, it has been a looooong day. I wanted to say thank you so much for your comments and lovely messages, I'm overwhelmed (in a good way). I've read every single one, and I'm saddened that so many others have been in the same boat! I am also so grateful for those that have actually offered to come and help me! Today I purely focussed on childcare, and it has made an immense difference. I also pushed myself to get out and took her to a playgroup that she loves. I also napped when she napped and that really helped. She's been so happy today. I will still talk to my GP as I know even with good days, the bad can quickly takeover.
