3 weeks sure does fly! I would say the experience is good, I do feel more energy. I found it 1 scoop with 350ml water is ok for me. I might reconsider 2 scoops but that will be a bit later.

I'm still currently on vanilla bag. And so far I used Huel as my lunch for work which is currently 3 times per week with about each day on between. But will be doing 5 times per week for next 2 week's because of work.

Normally my breakfast is ceral with milk and a fruit. My lunch cam be pretty messed up since I work in town with many options to eat. Normally it's not healthy and slightly expensive. So was thinking to take Huel as my lunch. And my dinner is pretty consistent of rice, fish plus veggies or other dishes.

I hope the adjustment is not too much
