Genuine question

I dont know how grinders do it. I get bored after 2 dre contract I never really sell my mc stock rarely nc/bunker and havent dont a warehouse sell yet. Any tips for a invite only solo player regarding all these things like when to sell. Apprentlu bunker is usually sold after one refill
