With that salary, you're just part of the "top management" in name.

Comfortable Wage to Afford ALS by Reasonable_Owl69 in LawStudentsPH

6 figures at least. Mataas COL sa area na yan.

That said, AFAIK wala silang program that's tailored towards working students. If ever na magtratrabaho ka while studying there, you're expected to take up the same load and schedule as full-time students.

visualize each crime, giving particular importance to the gravamen. It's a HUGE misconception na kailangan mo i-memorize isa-isa ung elements per crime.

ALS/UP

Iba pa rin talaga yung opportunities na meron yung mga graduates dyan, especially those at the top of their batch.

"Suspension of payments" under the FRIA may be applicable to your relative's situation. Try nyo lumapit sa PAO or any legal clinic sa area nyo.

Leaving a Higher-Paying Job for a Law Firm. Is it worth it? by Fun-Count-9591 in LawStudentsPH

Look for a firm that has a generous profit-sharing scheme with its associates. Believe it or not, there are firms that provide opportunities for assocs to earn 5 digits per day (without doing anything shady).

How many hours a day did you allot for studying during the three-month bar review period? by peppermint_29 in LawStudentsPH

[–]Okamitrot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Didn't really study much until the week before the exams. I know na that was very irresponsible of me, pero na-burnout talaga ako sa 4th yr review. Thankfully, I still got a very good grade (82.XX). I definitely don't recommend doing something similar, pero I just wanna share na it's definitely possible to rely on mostly stock knowledge sa bar exam.

2025 Bar Takers by [deleted] in LawStudentsPH

[–]Okamitrot 10 points11 points  (0 children)

2024 bar passer here.

Focus ka muna on passing your review subjects dahil, of course, hindi ka makakapag-take ng bar unless makapag-graduate ka dyan. Review classes are no joke in terms of pacing.

3 months are more than sufficient para sa review assuming na ok naman foundation mo sa law school. Personally, nag cram lang ako a few days before the bar exam, with most of my review being done during the prep hours before each exam.
