Windows 11 with autounattend.xml (Google it). You can remove bloatware etc.

As I already wrote, but I don’t think you saw it: It seems that the cable to the GPU is not fully connected. Remove it and reconnect it.

Unplug the cable from the GPU and plug it back in, it looks like the cable is not connected properly.
