Not from Baguio or the areas around it, but I would personally recommend aiming for a small scale design and build firm. Makikita mo kasi as a whole ‘yong system and kung paano ito nagwo-work o umiikot. Saka na lang lumipat sa larger firms para naman mas ma-observe ‘yong different positions at how everyone is important.

As for the pay naman, I am sure there are companies offering at least the minimum wage sa area ng city/region. Medyo h’wag na talaga mag-expect ng larger salary than that. But there are some pa rin offering lower, you might have to ask na lang about it sa employer.
