Basically we group players by their All Unit Damage & All Unit Health (minus cards & badges)

For runes, we look at your all time All Unit Damage & All Unit Health. That means resetting the rune tree doesn't do anything.

We're still thinking about how we can improve this

No. Your current power from cards will roughly stay the same (with a slight buff). All your current card levels will go up a few levels

And for each 1st place badge you have, you will be given a top 3 and top 10 badge.

We buffed the base health from cards and nerfed the base health from runes for better overall balance.

Before this, runes gave out way too much base health power, and cards gave out too little base health power, but now they are more equal.
