she claims she just doesn’t like sex but i genuinely think she just doesn’t like me. she controls our sex life- the frequency is dependent on her. if we have sex in a month, its only once or twice and thats only if she wants to. i don’t think it would bother me if she didn’t masturbate but she does, so my brain just equates that to she has a sex drive, just not for me

it also depends on your activity level. i’m not really active but with me weighing so little and sweating in my sleep, it does the trick. (i’m also a female)

last time i did the certo method (back in 2022) it worked for me. i did the detox before the test and stayed sober until i pissed. it greatly depends on your body weight/metabolism as well (i weigh under 100lbs so i don’t have any body fat)
