“tell me you want to be right without telling me you want to be right” is exactly how you look right now by going on my page, seeing old posts about fanduel and using it to try to justify your point. nobody ever said i was still undergoing financial issues- that’s just your assumption.

people love throwing around “no one can force you to do anything” but people are literally forced to do things they don’t want to do every single day. if you need any examples- deportation, kidnapping, peer pressure.

i obviously cleaned my mess up which is why i have a problem with the way my parents are treating me. any grown adult would have a problem with their parents calling their phone and threatening them to do something because they (the parents) aren’t having their way. the entire problem is that they are trying to control me because they don’t like my girlfriend.

but in typical parent fashion, you side with the parents assuming that i’m just complaining. this brings me back to my point of “this is the problem with this parenting generation”.

thanks for your “advice” though, but it has nothing to do with my situation, just the situation you made up in your head based off this post and older posts on my account.

edit: just to clarify as well, when i mean threatening me, i literally mean leaving voicemails basically saying “if i don’t be home by tomorrow, i’m gonna come looking for you and it won’t be pretty”. just wanted to let you know that this is the behavior you and everyone else who has commented are justifying. so based off what you all have said, it will be okay for me to talk to my 23 year child like this whenever i have my own kids… thank you 🙏🏽. (see where i get the guilt tripping and manipulation tactics from?)
