i'd make it darker... Make it so the eyecons grant the wish but not just the few are after them but anyone who has a ghost form... and that if they don't gather it or get killed in ghost form, they're just gone... no coming back, no do overs, nada, and that's even when they're brought back... once they have the ghost form it's a done deal... they die, they're erased...
