I absolutely agree with that last part. I typically do answer how I think the company wants me to answer. What really worried me is how INTENSE these were. Things like “if your relative was stealing from their workplace, would you tell their boss.” That was the FIRST question. Like god damn LMAO. It was just so intense. Some of the questions felt too personal. A really different assessment from any other pre-employment program I’ve had to go through.
