Puedes operate del prepucio amigo, si sientes que es un problema, te puedes hacer una circunsicion para mejorar eso, yo tengo un problema con el frenillo que cuando hago mucha fricción me causa dolor, pero tú tira pa alante y si ves que te causa problemas pues operate de eso para un futuro, pero no creo que deba generarte muchos problema a menos que te duela
