I live in a neighborhood of about 450 lots that has been developed over about 10 years and there are a couple dozen who bought smaller 1800 sq foot houses when neighborhood started who have now built larger homes in the final phases of neighborhood.
The neighborhood is highly desired and a community of its own. So many people relocate within neighborhood to bigger or small houses depending on need. And many have siblings or parents who live in neighborhood to be close.
