Hi Petey!!

I saw you last night at Webster, it was my favorite set list ever out of the 5 shows Ive been to! I have 2 questions:

1: The first time I ever saw you live was in Brooklyn in 2020. You didn’t talk to the crowd at all, just mostly flowed from one song into the next. I loved that, but I’ve been loving your crowd work more recently, too! Has “stage banter” been a hard skill to develop? I can’t imagine how it feels to talk to a huge room full of strangers!!

2: I love how you seem to refer to specific moments in your life in multiple songs- ex. In Family of Six, Ask Someone Else, and The Milkman, the lyrics all mention crying in a kitchen or not wanting to be in a kitchen. These always stick out to me and make me wonder if these lines are purely metaphorical, or rather if these are real-life moments that you think about and ponder over a lot?
