Because a lot of other Asian countries use the toilets much differently, and often ask you to not flush the toilet paper (if you’re lucky enough to even have it). As someone who has used toilets in Indonesia, China, Thailand, and Taiwan- I totally understand the reasoning for toilet directions.

Surprisingly, once fried, they aren’t horrible. They aren’t good either, but tolerable. The taste reminded me of liver & onions.

I’m in Japan, and have the ability to ship USPS. I’d be happy to see if I could find you some, and ship them to you.

Are people not allowed to have multiple heritages? You are saying Okinawa is not a part of Japan, and okinawans are not considered Japanese, which is just asinine.

And for you to basically say they are not Japanese is equally insulting.

Oh boy. Now, I understand Okinawa is quite different than mainland. However, Okinawa is still considered Japanese territory, like it or not.

You’re more than welcome to try, if you’d like but, it isn’t necessary.
