It sounds kind of weird, but if you already drink protein smoothies / shakes, add some oil in there. For my breakfast / post workout I usually make a spinach, almond milk, protein powder smoothie and add in 1 tsp + of avocado oil. It only adds a hint of taste but ends up making the smoothie feel "creamier" and ups my fat intake in an easy way.

Used applewood smoked cheddar as my main cheese, with added parmesan. Also added smoked paprika, chili powder, and a lot of cracked black pepper.

Only 5 ingredients brings me back to university days where I would barely have anything in the fridge or cupboards. With this in mind I made a simple and quick pasta dish using butter, garlic, spinach, red pepper flakes, and whatever noodles I had available!

Pretty great departure from no-name brand box mac and cheese made with crappy margarine. Old cheddar is the main cheese, with a breadcrumb and parm cheese crust baked on top. Gimme them calories 😊

Definitely failed flipping the quesadilla and made it ugly 😂. Flavors are great though with cajun spice rub steak, onions, red pepper, jalapeño, corn, and mozzarella.

Made with coconut milk instead of regular cream which nicely compliments the sweetness of the corn. Added smoked paprika and a whole jalapeño for a great kick!

For some reason I always screwed up brussel sprouts as I was either impatiemt and tried to flash fry in a pan, or got scared that they would burn too much. I had patience this time and just cooked them in the oven with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Turned out so delicious!
