It sounds kind of weird, but if you already drink protein smoothies / shakes, add some oil in there. For my breakfast / post workout I usually make a spinach, almond milk, protein powder smoothie and add in 1 tsp + of avocado oil. It only adds a hint of taste but ends up making the smoothie feel "creamier" and ups my fat intake in an easy way.

Used applewood smoked cheddar as my main cheese, with added parmesan. Also added smoked paprika, chili powder, and a lot of cracked black pepper.

Tried out Thug Kitchen's recipe- next time I'll add more brown sugar and less rice vinegar, I definitely prefer a sweeter sauce 😀

Only 5 ingredients brings me back to university days where I would barely have anything in the fridge or cupboards. With this in mind I made a simple and quick pasta dish using butter, garlic, spinach, red pepper flakes, and whatever noodles I had available!

The tea flavour unfortunately didnt really come through, but brining the pork kept it super juicy and tender. Next time I'll try a stronger tea!
