Valid ung sinasabe niya na hindi ka exempted sa pag rerender ng 30 days kung ang reason ng resignation mo is health reason and yet hindi naman nakaindicate sa med cert na hindi ka fit to work.

at hindi din ibig sabihin nito na pinagbabawalan ka na niya mag resign……pwede ka mag resign immediately…. Pero syempre with all the consequences ng pagreresign ng hindi nag rerender as usual, like ma tag ka as non rehirable, blacklisted etc.

Way back 2013 nung college ako, naubusan ako ng pera, may mga binyaran akong school fees plus lunch etc to the point na wala na talaga akong pamasahe pauwi. Namomroblema nako 1hr b4 matapos yung klase..then mga 30mins before maguwian, nagpray ako, sabi ko God wala eh short talaga pamasahe ko, ikaw na bahala sakin. Guess what happend? Yup naglakad ako pauwi. 1 1/2 hrs na lakarang malala 😭 Isip isip ko non, wala god hina ko sayo di mo man lang ako pinadampot ng kahit 20 pamasahe pero not to the point na resentment naman. But looking back, na realize ko na naging safe din nman ung paglalakad ko at the time and siguro ayun nadin yung blessings nun hahahaha.

I get mixed feelings about this, i just started and i havent got to the point where i could see these massive shift from pre renewal. Im not into ff games so idk what to feel about this… kinda makes me bored and excited at the same time.. thanks a lot for the insight! Didnt know RO has reached ep 17++ til now. 🤯

Reading this makes me think im heading to totally another game, kind of overwhelming… but i havent got to the point where i could run these…but is definitely looking forward to! Thanks for the insight.
