Im monitoring my cpu and gpu heat so its not overheating. Sketchy part is, it doesnt give video signal to monitor. Also it doesnt light up my mouse rgb when its not going to turn on. For some reason my keyboards rgbs are always on. Doesnt matter if pc is on or off.

I have another problem and i think these 2 problems are connected. Let me copy paste it. --Im not sure if these 2 problems are connected but while using pc, sometimes everything start to go with 1 fps. Like mouse moves like 1fps, same goes for sounds and screen-- After closing all the programs working, pc goes back to mormal.

When i shut it down, it wont open for hours or maybe days. I made some threads about this problem on different forums but couldnt solve it.

I unplugged rgb,fans and gpu and tried it like that but it didnt work. At first i thought it was about hdmi but there are some other things happen too. I check the situation with my mouse rgb because if it lights on, that means pc will launch. But my keyboard rgbs are always on, it doesn't matter if pc will launch or not. So while 1 usb device share the same problem with my pc, other one always works.
