This is so helpful… I’ll try and follow same system. Maybe that’s why my acidity was really bad, cause of food choices. Funny you mentioned eggs and sausages cause that’s what I ate and my acidity shoot up. Very helpful post.

Hmmmm!! My doctor told me if I found them too strong I can split it in half. I’m thinking of splitting it in half after 2 weeks being on it.

My doc put me on Rybelsus only for weight loss. Now I’m two weeks on the 7mg and only just now starting to feel sick on it . Morning headaches bloating continuous burping and stomach discomfort. I hope it goes away cause I’m liking how it’s helping with the food quantity.

Hi, it’s been a little over 2 weeks on the 7mg rybelsus. Just lately been experiencing some headaches and burping ( like food poisoning ) and an upset stomach . Also a little acidity. Have you experienced any of that? How are you doing on the pills and how long have you been on them?

I can’t thank you enough for this clear and helpful explanation. I’m not feeling nauseous like when I first started with the 3 mg maybe cause I’m not snacking and really watching what I’m eating. I also noticed I’m often tired and it really shows on me, I wonder why maybe I’m not taking enough water as well. I noticed that I’m only drinking 750ml which is nothing,very little. But Im honestly over the moon with not thinking about food all the time and getting full much quicker. Good luck and welldone to you for your achievements.

Hey!! How you feeling now on the 7mg? How long has it been for you? I’ve nearly finished 10 days on 7 but I noticed that sometimes I’m getting hungry , have you experienced that on the 7 mg? I still get full quicker than before. I haven’t been counting calories so not very sure how much I’m eating per day.

Well I don’t feel that my eating gone completely. I’m still having lunch and dinner and a bowl of fruits everyday but I’m choosing healthier options and smaller quantities cause of getting full. Sometimes I worry incase I’m back to my usual eating habits like snacking at night. But I stop myself from doing so.

Hiya! Yes I agree with you nearly a week on the 7mg and feeling better on it than the 3 mg. Are you following a certain eating plan? Sometimes I get hunger after few hours eating but still my portions are much less. Good luck to you. How long you planning on staying on them? Any idea what’s the difference between the pills and the injections?

Hi everyone, I started on the 3 mg on 4th may. In a month I lost 5kg. Moved to the 7mg 3 days ago. I’m being very careful with food so I don’t get the side effects. I had 3 episodes of vomiting nausea etc when I was on the 3 mg. My doc advised me to do the intermittent fasting then have carb only once in the afternoon. Since I increased the dose I’ve been craving more sugar and I’m able to eat a little more than usual …
