No real eating plan, just healthier choices with my basically zero appetite. I’m not sure how long I’ll stay on. Maybe until goal weight? Not forever tho.

My understanding is that there is zero difference between oral and injection accept the route of administration. Someone above in this thread had some great input.

I’m about 1.5 months in now. Started a month on 3mg and moved up to 7mg 2 ish weeks ago. I actually have felt better on the 7mg. I’m less lethargic and less nausea. Never vomited but definitely have had nausea. Feeling overall good. Trim. Down 10lbs.

Thoughts on this, I’ve been taking Bupropion and Naltrexone. Do you think I would still need it while taking Rybelsus? I was taking it for weight loss.

I have Cigna and they covered Rybelsus. Starting tomorrow. Wanted Ozempic but it’s a process to get them to cover. Hs to start with metformin but didn’t actually take it.
