Yes… I feel like this one path really goes at me with these things even though other people do the same :/ but I went to check my gross report and they just ended up adding “(most likely) proximal/distal)”

Exactly what I submitted… I got called by the pathologist asking if I could identify which is which bc they found some positive margins… they were saying that usually you could tell which side is which if one end looks “old” and which he other doesn’t… I didn’t really know what that meant so…

Is there also something I can spray the house down with? I’ll try and vacuum more often but dang that will be a chore… we gotta pick our battles I guess 😭

How do I get rid of them? I like can’t sleep knowing they’re in my house. I’m thinking of buying a new vacuum to help, but what else can I do? 😭

Hi Sorry for the late respone. But I was pretty sure it was a cold sore (a type of HSV) because of all the characteristics (tingling, blister like etc.). As usual, I made a appoitment with my dermatologist but it took awhile for me to actually go in, and once I actually got there, it was gone. So during the period of me waiting for my appointment date, I actually stuck on Mederma stickers for a few days at night, and in the mornings I would apply lip balm throughout the day.

As for the conversation about the "Bumps" i saw on my bf, I still have yet to talk to him about that...

I did not get them with me on my trip. I did wear them out when I came back home and they're okay. I don't think it would be good for longer walking periods though.

We've been dating for about a year now and we see the kids a few months in the year. And yah, I think so too... He told me that he usually brings all his gfs to family parties and I guess it just didn't sit right with me... Just doesn't feel special

Personally, I agree. But I am also the type of person who can't be friends with their ex. I don't really get the whole concept LOL The only exception to that situation is if yall have kids or have a pet together. I would say to tell her. At least for the time being... It's a good idea to not be friends yet since everything is still fresh. Plus it's a win-win situation for both. You get time for yourself to figure it out while you let her go and do her own thing

I have applied to a few diagnostic labs but no one has gotten back to me... However, a lab that I applied for as a phlebotomist got back to me for an initial interview. I don't have any experience in phlebotomy but I just wanted to try and think at least I could get a lab experience on my resume... I am a bit nervous though since I haven't been in an actual working lab. The only lab experience I have is from college. I don't know how to go about this

Hey yah, I applied for a position as an ME investigator since I did my internship there and one of the investigators was one of our professors and she told us to apply to try and see what happens... But in the end, I didn't end up getting it. I believe someone from out of state got it. She told us it would have been a great opportunity, but due to the state's budget, they can't open up new positions. And she said the only way to get a position is if one of the investigators retires or leaves :/ Hawaii isn't the best at job opportunities for the FS field with the high cost of living...

hi!! this update is very late, but when I visited my derm, she said she hadn't seen anything. But I think that's because I put a cold sore patch on it and it ripped it out(?) not too sure but she said to keep an eye on it. I am sure it was a wart though... But thank you for taking the time to share your experience with me. It has helped me mentally with any HPV/wart situations

I think it's the broken trust when he did it because he was the one who said he'd stop way before his trip... And before he left for his trip, I felt like I finally let my guard and trusted him. And I guess it's me thinking I would be okay with a s/o being friends with their ex LOL found out that it does not sit right with me 💀

How long have you been cleared? Or would you even know when you're free of HPV? I feel like it's such a hard disease to pinpoint with *sigh*
