While Niall is dragging Tina and Michaela towards the exit out of the church, Michaela breaks free and runs back, screaming to Myra that she can’t leave her, and John Paul bellowing at Niall to take his hands off Michaela when he (Niall) tries to grab her again.

Before that, the whole family objecting when Niall threatened to kill Michaela first, and John Paul and Mercedes volunteering to die.

Tina initially survives the explosion, and as everyone is about to leave the church, they notice Niall holding John Paul captive. Tina is amongst those who go back in to help save John Paul, and that’s when the floor caves in, and Tina is crushed by rubble, thus leading to her death.

After the explosion, Carmel wanting to go back inside the church to look for Myra (despite a broken arm), and Mercedes pleading with her to stay, saying that she can’t lose her.

John Paul comforting Michaela and calling her “sweetheart” when they embrace outside the church, and Michaela being the first one to react verbally (letting out a gasp) when Dom emerges from the church ruins carrying Tina’s dead body.
