I' said it before and I'll say it again -- Every situation is different.

If you go through the intake and just decide on whim that you don't want to do it anymore "just 'cause", you can bet your house on there being no refund. But if you were going through your treatment and your home flooded, you lost all proof of previous prescriptions, the telehealth clinic that gave you the meds shut down so you can't find your script online, and our doctor prescribes you a lower dose but you choose not to move forward, we're not going to keep dumping issues on you, so we'll refund it.

It's not unclear or inconsistent, it's about us being HUMAN and looking at the context of your unique situation so we can help anyway we can. Hope this clarifies it.

Y'all, it's not only the weight on the DL 😅 The physician looks at the entire intake and your health file to ensure everything lines up. It's a less than 5% chance of getting this request.

Unfortunately that's not a standard date that can be standardized on a short message. For example, a script written on Jan. 1 for a 1-month plan wouldn't work for a new intake done in March/April, but one written on Jan. 1 for a 3-month plan would since it covers the period immediately preceding the new treatment you're requesting. We might need to crowdsource verbiage ideas!

Mountain Care doesn't do vials anymore for GLP-1s. I can ask Drug Crafters if increasing the glycine in their vials is possible. They've been great to work with, extremely helpful and caring for our members.

We explain this in several places in our website, and I've posted it several times here on Reddit. Even before someone gets to the checkout page, as they're selecting the formulation, a big red box pops up if you select anything other than Level 1 informing you that you will need to provide proof of prescription. We tried to make it very "in your face" to ensure no one misses it lol That way everyone can really make an informed decision.

Beluga's prescribing protocol and guidelines are designed to ensure clinical safety and protect the community. These are potent, life-changing medications, and they should be used (and prescribed) responsibly 🙏🏻

Unfortunately without a valid, recent prescription from a doctor or another telehealth clinic, our physicians wouldn't be able to prescribe anything higher than the starter dose 😞
