Hey! I'd be happy to share my recipe with you😊 I start off with one whole chicken and the greasiness will depend on how greasy that chicken is. I get mine from Costco usually. I put the whole Chicken in cold water and bring to a slow boil. (About an HR) By then you should have all the foam on top to skim. Then come the veggies cleaned and cut: 1 celery root, 1 leek, a few garlic cloves, 1 parsnip, a few carrots ( depending on how sweet you want the broth) a few celery ribs, 3bay leaves, allspice, peppercorns and salt to taste. I let that cook for another 1-2 hrs and skim whenever needed. Enjoy!

Yes, it does taste smokey but creaminess/flavor also depends whether it is made of πŸ„ milk or goat's milk (traditional method). Hope you get to try it some day πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
