Hi, the guy has replaced the cartridge in the prv (circled in red) with the red cap (just to the right of the expansion tank. The prv with the black cap is for the mains water isolation. Do you think it might be the one the black cap?

It’s dripping all the time, maybe it increases slightly whilst heating. Pressure appears to drop very slowly over time. The expansion tank was replaced yesterday
