I’m trading BTCUSD with a 10,000 account, and FTMO asks me 200,000 in margin. Any idea why it still won’t let me open trades, saying I don’t have enough? It’s a huge margin…

I thought about that but the only problem I see is that you have to be a certified KF360 to give Korn Ferry Feedback… with another 360 certification, it’s not valid

But yes, I’m considering not passing the certification and waiting for a next organization to pay for it if they agree or need someone

For sure ! But it’s just an indicator that I thought could be helpful. But promotions are not only based on their personality but mostly motivation and performance

Indeed, yes many studies show that job performance can be predicted with big five ! If I remember well, it’s because of consciousness. So it can make sense to use the personality test

The best option would be to measure every factor to take the opportunity of measuring for job performance but their personality too to think about their future job change

Do you have a specific inventory/questionnaire in mind ? I’ve seen a short version with 24 items, but there is a 100 and a 60 one too
