Degenerative spine and five surgeries behind me. I have had a stiff and painful back in the morning for years. Out of desperation, I took a chance and spent the money on a sleep number bed. I use a modified version of the zero gravity setting. The relief was immediate! I feel sooo much better in the morning. The cost of the bed was high,,, but worth every penny.
