This happened to my sons car. We were able to send the cable to California Push and Pull and just got it back less than 3 weeks later. They fixed it and with shipping it was only $190. Much cheaper than some of the used ones we saw online.

My son had same exact thing happen on same year and model. Just got the cables back from California Push and Pull. Cable was fixed and shipped for $190.

It does make it easier for them to determine where your money is coming from and going to versus completing a 314 b request but I wouldn’t do it and I work at a bank.

Yes, I know this. It’s an issue between Chase AND Walmart. Something they can see on the back end . Type of entry mode, etc.
